AboutThe Role
Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for an Equipment Operator to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Montrose, near Delta, CO. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.
As An Operator At Moltz- Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in road, site construction, and water/wastewater plants.
- Follow daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, reporting any defects or needed repairs to the supervisor; clean equipment.
- Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures. Bring problems to the attention of the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources.
- Ability to receive and give verbal and visual communication.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb all day.
- Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move items up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and adjust focus.
- Salary: $25.00–$35.00 per hour based on experience.
