• Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and manlifts, ensuring proper use and safety.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
• Perform general labor tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and assisting tradespeople as needed.
• Follow safety protocols diligently and wear appropriate protective gear to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor to support project success.

• Prior experience operating construction equipment such as excavators, skid steers, or manlifts is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Basic understanding of construction site operations is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
