Home Smiles is hiring a Lead Property Maintenance and Repair Technician who wants a hands-on property maintenance and repair serving residential and commercial properties.

Compensation
: $35-40 per hour

Employment Type:

Subcontractor (1099), starts out at Part-Time equivalent hours, transitioning to Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Oversee, manage, and execute routine home maintenance services
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians
• Ensure customer satisfaction with exceptional service quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in property maintenance or related field
• Ability to work independently and be reliable
• Ability to manage and coordinate incoming jobs between your and Customer's schedules
• Your own transportation (vehicle) and tools. Ability to travel throughout Denver in a single day's work.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to excellence and customer service
• General Liability Insurance
