The Pressure Washing Technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services for commercial properties. This role involves operating pressure washing equipment, driving company vehicles to job sites, and ensuring every project meets client standards. Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and thrive in fast‑paced, hands‑on environments. • Load tools, equipment, and cleaning agents based on your daily work order.
• Drive to job sites in a 25’ flatbed or truck/trailer combo (CDL a plus, but not required).
• Assess the site and communicate your action plan to the team and client.
• Pressure wash, scrub, sweep, and restore surfaces to perfection.
• Review the finished job and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete all paperwork and reports before heading back.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues.
• Collaborate with customers, crews, office staff, and mechanics.
• Help out with snow removal when needed—because we’re a team year‑round.

• Valid driver's license + 3 years of clean driving experience
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts).
• Able to lift 50 lbs, operate equipment, and stay physically active for extended shifts.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and team‑driven.
• Flexible with hours—we work around weather conditions.
• Leadership experience is a major plus.
