Journeyman Plumber
Location:
Centennial, CO
Compensation: $20-$30/HR plus commissions
Compensation &-$ Benefits
- Base Pay: $20-$30/HR plus commissions
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance provided at no cost to employee
- PTO: 10 days + 7 paid holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service work to high technical and customer standards
- Lead field operations and set the example for professionalism and jobsite conduct
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
- Provide input on processes, tools, and field operations
- Colorado Journeyman Plumbing License in good standing
- Strong residential plumbing background
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work full-time in a startup environment
