Concrete Foreman

Coloscapes Concrete is a local commercial concrete company that serves Colorado, Arizona, and Wyomingareas. We are looking to hire a skilled Concrete Foremen.

Coloscapes Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead concrete projects and ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion across our service areas.

• Lead concrete crews in all phases of concrete work, including slab on grade, concrete placing, finishing, and rebar installation.
• Read and fully understand construction drawings and specifications for concrete and associated trades.
• Perform material takeoffs, layout, verify square, and check substrate elevation.
• Function and lead in a team environment; act as a problem solver and conflict resolver.
• Operate and maintain place/finish equipment and tools in the proper sequence (screed pipes/lasers, bull floats, blades, trowels, curing, pumps, vibratory equipment, etc.).

• Recent OSHA 10 Hour and First Aid training.
• Driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, climb, crawl and pull.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.

• Are you comfortable with technology and digital reporting from the field? (Ipad/phone, laptop, GPS apps)
• Have you ever worked with a Gomaco Curb Machine? If so, how many years?
• Are you eligible to work in the U.S.?
