Maintenance Technician

Are you dedicated, hands-on, and passionate about property maintenance? If so, we want you to join the team as a Maintenance Tech!

In this role, you’ll work alongside the team to ensure our multifamily properties run smoothly; tackling daily maintenance tasks, unit turnovers, and ensure every apartment is in pristine condition for our residents.

• Daily Maintenance Tasks :
  Engage in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs throughout the property.
• Unit Turnovers :
  Actively participate in making units ready for new residents, ensuring quick and efficient turnovers.
• Support your team, setting high standards for performance and communication.
• Vendor Coordination assistance :
  Collaborate with outside contractors, overseeing their work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Emergency Response :
  Join the on-call rotation, responding swiftly to urgent maintenance needs and implementing emergency procedures.

• Proven experience in property maintenance with strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• A leader who inspires the team through example and collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Valid certifications, including a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and EPA certification.
