As a BAS Programmer, you’ll be the brain behind the system, crafting, commissioning, and optimizing Building Automation Systems (BAS) using platforms like Tridium Niagara N4/AX. You’ll collaborate with an elite team of engineers, technicians, and project managers — all driven by innovation, efficiency, and client success.
What You’ll Be Doing:Programming, configuring, and servicing Building Automation Systems, with a focus on Tridium Niagara N4/AX
Handling installations, system startups, troubleshooting, and on-site diagnostics
Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless system deployment
Conducting quality control inspections and documenting outcomes
Providing technical leadership and mentoring field staff
What You Bring to the Table:5+ years of hands-on BAS programming experience, with Tridium Niagara N4/AX certifications (including Advanced level preferred)
Deep understanding of mechanical systems, control sequences, and electrical schematics
Ability to independently diagnose and solve complex control system issues
Skilled in reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
