• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, belts, chains, gearboxes, valves, fillers, labelers, and sorting equipment
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot photo-eye sensors and 480V three-phase equipment
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics
• Maintain facility systems including compressors, boilers, chillers, HVAC, and plumbing
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Complete maintenance documentation and repair records
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts

• Strong industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of motors, drives, belts, chains, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Electrical troubleshooting experience, including 480V three-phase systems
• Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently on an off-shift schedule

• Welding and fabrication experience
• Food and beverage manufacturing experience
• GMP or FDA-regulated environment experience
• Experience with high-speed production equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
