The Benedict Park Place Apartments in Denver, CO, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and execute preventative maintenance on all apartment equipment, including electrical and plumbing. Must have own tools and be available for emergency maintenance calls.
Two years of maintenance experience are required; HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred, as is prior multifamily experience and a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
