Telecom ISP Technician

Based in Denver, CO | Full-time | Approximately 30% travel

We’re looking for a hands‑on Operations (OPS) Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and network infrastructure in MSO headend and hub facilities.

• Perform rack and stack work, including equipment mounting, labeling, cable routing, and cable management.
• Install, clean, inspect, and test MPO fiber connections.
• Install and replace network cards, SFP transceivers, and related components.
• Perform shelf swaps, equipment upgrades, and service restoration.
• Install and maintain equipment connections to
  -48V DC power systems, following established safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot fiber, equipment, power, and connectivity issues to identify root causes and restore service.
• Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting with network operations and field teams.
• Maintain accurate installation records, test results, and service documentation.
• Travel approximately 30% to support installation and maintenance activities.

• Experience in telecom operations, cable/MSO environments, or network infrastructure support.
• Hands‑on experience with MPO fiber installation and testing, network cards, SFPs, and shelf swaps.
• Working knowledge of
  -48V DC telecom power systems and safe work practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%
