Join Express as a Plant Mechanic II (2nd Shift) in Henderson, CO! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced industrial maintenance professional looking to work with presses, tooling, dies, and production equipment while earning competitive pay and industry-leading benefits.
What You'll Do:- Perform Preventive Maintenance: Complete scheduled maintenance on production machinery to maximize uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot & Repair Equipment: Diagnose mechanical issues, determine root causes, and complete repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Rebuild Presses & Tooling: Tear down, rebuild, and repair presses, dies, and tooling as needed.
- Install & Replace Components: Assemble, replace, and refit parts to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
- Support Facility Maintenance: Assist with building repairs and maintenance projects as needed.
- Promote Workplace Safety: Follow and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
- Industrial Maintenance
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. - Press Rebuild
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience tearing down and rebuilding presses. - Tooling & Die Knowledge: Familiarity with tooling, dies, and industrial mechanical systems.
- Mechanical Troubleshooting
Skills:
Ability to diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs independently. - Technical Aptitude: Experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and maintenance machinery.
- Competitive Pay: $36.18 per hour + bonus opportunities
