Non-CDL Delivery Driver / Service Technician – Direct Hire

Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift | Monday-Friday
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour (Depending On Experience)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical certifications or vocational training in Electrical Technology or a related field are a plus.
• Relevant hands-on experience, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a delivery driver, service technician, installer, maintenance technician, handyman, or field service technician preferred.
• Six months or more of delivery driving experience with Sprinter vans, cargo vans, box trucks, or similar vehicles preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, lighting controls, dimming systems, residential construction, or home improvement products is a plus.
• Experience providing white-glove customer service in homes or commercial settings preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company positively in customer-facing environments.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, maneuver, and install lighting fixtures, motorized shades, tools, and installation materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform hands-on installation work throughout the day.
• Ability to safely load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and at residential or commercial job sites.
• Ability to perform physical labor safely while protecting customer property and maintaining quality standards.

Job Duties

• Operate a non-CDL Sprinter-style delivery van for local deliveries throughout the Denver area.
• Deliver, assemble, install, and test luxury lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, lighting controls, and motorized shading systems.
• Assist lead installers with installation, setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of products.
• Perform service calls and complete minor repairs, adjustments, and basic electrical component replacements.
• Assist with motorized shade installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide exceptional white-glove customer service in luxury homes and commercial properties.
• Educate customers on product operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory levels, tools, and equipment.
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and secure.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and installation standards.
