• Work one‑on‑one with children in a clinic setting to help them build developmental and communication skills.
• Follow individualized care plans crafted by clinical experts and support children during therapeutic sessions.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and encouraging environment that supports each child’s progress.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists and clinicians to ensure a consistent and holistic approach to care.

• High school diploma, or equivalent, is required.
• Experience working with children (ages 2–6 preferred), either professionally or in structured volunteer settings.
• Reliable communication skills and comfort interacting with families and care teams.
• Willingness to learn new therapeutic techniques and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to meet physical activity demands: kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs., and being active and mobile throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation to attend training and work at your assigned clinic location.

• $21.50 - $28.50/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
