Hope House Colorado is seeking a Housing Navigator to assist teen moms in obtaining stable housing and to grow the housing domain of the Self-Sufficiency Rubric. The HN guides applicants through housing options, filings, and documentation, and coordinates with nonprofit and business housing partners.
The role is onsite in Arvada, Monday–Friday with one evening shift per week. Salary range is $45,000–$55,000 annually, with benefits including health, retirement and paid time off.
