The role includes assessments, goal planning, referrals, crisis support, and documentation in HMIS/Penelope, using Mobility Mentoring to promote upward mobility.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The position involves outreach, lease-up support, and collaboration with internal and external resources; travel within metro Denver is limited.
