• Be Flexible and self-motivated
• Recognize the importance of social systems and a youth’s ecology on their development and behaviors
• Have a passion for engaging adolescents and their support systems to address mental health needs, trauma, delinquent behaviors, truancy, family discord, and substance use.
• Be comfortable with community-based therapy and a non-traditional work schedule

• Comprehensive training in assessment delivery and scoring
• Clinical supervision hours and other professional development
• Weekly case consultations with both supervisor and team

Salary: $48,660 - $53,660

BSW or other Bachelor’s degree in related Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Valid driver’s license
