We are a software engineering company using new technologies to build solutions for a wide-range of clients. We have a culture that embraces software design and system architecture, collaboration, and continuous process improvement.

We sponsor PyCon and Django Con every year, we sponsor Django Girls events, and we give talks on Python and Django. We open source everything we can to the Python community. One of those libraries has been adopted by the Django core (django-argonauts). Another of our libraries has been referenced as a best practice by Two Scoops of Django.

We are looking for programmers who are passionate about open source and software design.

• You are comfortable deploying in a Linux environment (we use uWSGI and NGINX)
• You know relational database design well
• You are well versed in git
• You use a powerful text editor (vim/emacs/textmate)
• You fully understand best practices of security in web development
• You are eager to contribute to the open source community
• You love collaboration and you want to program in a team environment
