Hello! I'm Kass. I've got over 8 years of Tech Recruiting experience and work very closely with Denver-based teams. What these companies have in common is that they ALL are looking to Hire "Uncommonly Good" Founding, Senior, Lead, Staff & Principal Software Devs ... and of course, the Leaders of these Software Development Teams.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This is a high-impact, senior-level role on a tight-knit and cohesive dev team poised for growth. Currently a team of 7, expanding to 8, the group is looking to add experienced senior talent to address a current "bottom-heavy" structure.
You will play a vital role in mentorship, technical leadership, and driving project quality. This is a chance to make a significant impact during an exciting company transition (with new regulations and releasing their next generation of software), particularly if you are eager to become knowledgeable about election systems.
What You'll Be Working With
- Strong expertise in .NET is the most critical requirement. Experience with Angular 19 is also essential, as the team has a slight gap on the frontend.
- You will be focused on a manageable load of 2-3 active projects at a time, largely within web-based applications.
- Experience with Azure is a plus. The team has a strong, supporting Data team.
- Trusting, hands off Manager who comes from a technical background themselves and believes in high quality talent for high level projects.
* This person must currently reside in Colorado and be open to an on site role in Downtown Denver!
This company is not offering sponsorship at this time and the role is not open to C2C.
