• Test, learn, and ship—quickly.

• Curiosity and grit— you’ll learn more here in six months than most do in two years.
• Some familiarity with Python, API integrations, or AI frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Lang Chain) helps, but it’s not required.
• A track record of building or automating something on your own—even small projects count.
• A bias toward progress over perfection.
