Platform Lead

Pantile Investments is a wealth tech company on a mission to help every Millennial and Gen Z client achieve a $10 million net worth by the time they're 65. We are a founder-led company that provides sophisticated, fund-like wealth management with a focus on three core pillars:
Performance, Expertise, and Access. We're bringing the wealth management that the "elite" are used to, to a generation that really needs it.

We are looking for a Platform Lead to be the product owner and lead engineer for our client-facing platform. You will have complete ownership over this critical piece of our business, from the database to the front-end. You are not just a coder; you are a builder. You will be responsible for the entire product development lifecycle: talking to clients, dreaming up thoughtful new features, architecting the solution, writing the code, and shipping it to production.

• Own the Platform: Take full ownership of the design, development, and maintenance of our client platform.
• Be the Product Visionary: Deeply understand our clients' needs and translate their feedback into a clear product roadmap.
• Full-Stack Development: Write clean, high-quality code across the stack, from the Django backend and Postgre
  
  SQL database to the Bootstrap front-end.
• Build Our Deployment Engine: Architect and implement our CI/CD pipeline using Git Hub and AWS (ECR/ECS) to enable rapid, reliable deployment.

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications you have built and shipped from scratch.
• A "product manager" mindset with demonstrated experience in owning a product or major features.
• A deep passion for building exceptional user experiences and an obsession with understanding the customer.
• The ability to thrive in an autonomous environment where you are trusted to make decisions and own the outcomes.
• A true team player who is excited to collaborate with other domain experts to achieve ambitious goals.

Infrastructure & Dev Ops: Docker, AWS (specifically ECS, ECR), and CI/CD with Git Hub Actions.

APIs: Building and integrating with REST APIs (FastAPI).

Best Practices: A strong command of Git, automated testing, and modern software development principles.
