Graduate Software Engineer
We’re a fast-growing, venture-backed company transforming global transportation through intelligent, AI-powered infrastructure. As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll ship code used in live operational environments - not side projects or internal tools.
This is an opportunity to learn fast, take ownership early, and work on complex systems alongside experienced engineers.
What You’ll Do- Build full-stack features with Type Script (React/Next.js) and Python (FastAPI/Django)
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs powering AI-driven decision tools
- Deploy and integrate machine learning models into real-world workflows
- Optimise systems for performance, reliability, and efficiency
- Ship quickly in a collaborative, high-accountability engineering environment
- Final-year or recent Computer Science graduates from top universities
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
- Hands‑on coding experience from internships, projects, or research
- Evidence of excellence: open‑source, hackathons, impactful university work
- Curious, ambitious engineers who love solving hard problems
- Able to work onsite in Denver at least 3 days/week
- Build production AI infrastructure from day one
- High ownership and meaningful, user‑facing impact
- Mentorship from senior engineers + clear growth pathways
- Work on systems shaping the future of global logistics and mobility
