Job Summary

Full Stack Developer - Mendix Expertise role at Veil Sun, Inc. (Denver, CO) – Remote or in office. Build web applications that connect systems, automate administrative tasks, track performance, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $125,000 plus an exceptional benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and sick time.

• Participate in the scoping of technical requirements and confirm allocated time for each task.
• Write HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Node.js code to implement application functionalities as outlined in requirements documents.
• Perform unit testing and code reviews; explain technical approaches to peers.
• Integrate code into a repository and deploy solutions.
• Maintain existing applications, improving performance, fixing bugs, and adding new features.
• Gather requirements with project managers and stakeholders.
• Design, develop and maintain server‑side applications using Node.js, including updates and optimizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience working with Mendix.
• Experience building web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.
• Experience consuming data via RESTful APIs, managing JSON, and understanding asynchronous JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript with strong asynchronous programming knowledge.
• Experience working with large datasets, creating and managing databases.
• Integrated customized styling CSS outside the usage of a pre‑built framework like Bootstrap.
