We are changing healthcare and bringing a slow moving goliath of an industry into the present while blazing a trail into the future of radiology and clinical operations through software, automation and AI. We are looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our Clinical Engineering team! This position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in‑office, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere while also collaborating closely with our teams in person when necessary.
There is a preference for candidates based in Toronto for a hybrid work model to allow for better collaboration, however, the team is open to remote candidates across the U.S. and Canada who can work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

What You'll Do- Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
- Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems.
- Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes.
- Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs
- Investigating and using new technologies where relevant
- Providing written knowledge transfer material
- 10+ years solving technical challenges with your strong command of back‑end tech stack (primarily Python, Graph
QL and frameworks like Flask and / or FastAPI ) and front‑end tech stack (primarily React, Typescript, and Redux ) - We consider having experience in other tech stacks (like Java and / or NodeJS, Angular
JS, VueJS, MobX) and frameworks (like Django) as a huge bonus - We consider nice to have experience in Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine ( PACS,OHIF, DICOM, FDA, ISO 14971, ISO 13485, Electronic Medical Record, Health lake Imaging, Medical Imaging )
- Strong experience and knowledge of different types of databases (like SQL and / or No
SQL - primarily Postgres and / or Dynamo
DB) - We consider nice to have experience in graphic libraries (like OpenGL, Verge3D, Babylon.js, PyQt5, Tkinter )
- Experience in different CI / CD pipelines (like Circle
CI, Jenkins or Travis
CI) we also consider as a bonus as well as cloud experience (like AWS, GCP and / or Azure) - Candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability to help elevate the team are always welcome
- Outstanding all‑round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase
