DevOps Engineer Denver

ABOUT THE ROLE

Dev Ops is a critical part of our platform strategy. As a member of the infrastructure team, you will focus on providing technical expertise and support to our engineering teams to enable them to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.

This includes providing continuous support to teams, overcoming major technical hurdles, improving performance, implementing system monitoring and building highly available software.

• Approaching Operations as a Software Engineering challenge applying software engineering to solve operational challenges.
• Being the first point of contact for our Operations and Dev teams for any questions and issues regarding our platform.
• Supporting developing teams with your broad knowledge about infrastructure.
• Ensuring non-functional requirements for all applications and tools are met and clearly communicated.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering and devops experience.
• Practical experience in using common cloud APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting, as well as higher level protocols and patterns like HTTP/3, REST, JSON and gRPC.
• Expertise in systems integration and distributed large scale microservice deployments, also in cloud environment.
• Experience in operating and monitoring container workloads and similar technologies, especially with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as a code.
• Ability to code in at least one high level programming language, preferably Java or Python.

Salary range for this role is $145-175k
