Overview

As Speechify grows, our AI team seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to ensure scalable infrastructure, optimize product flows, and build resilient systems. If you enjoy high-paced environments and taking ownership, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Develop state-of-the-art voice cloning technology
• Implement low-latency, cost-effective text-to-speech solutions

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Proven backend development experience with Python
• Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers
• Efficiency in ideation and implementation, prioritizing tasks effectively
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• Proficiency in deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes
• Preferred:
  Experience deploying NLP or TTS models to production

Salary

• US base salary range: $140,000 - $200,000 + bonus + equity, depending on experience
