Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8 or above)

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
