** What You'll Bring
*** Must-Haves:
** 3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and delivering production software.
* Experience building full-stack applications, APIs, and web-based solutions using modern frameworks and technologies such as C#/.NET, React, Type Script, and Node.js.
* An AI-first mindset with familiarity using GenAI tools.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and collaborative development practices including Git and code reviews.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
* Nice to Haves:
** Experience with Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure automation, or deployment processes.
* Experience integrating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products, workflows, or customer-facing solutions.
* Familiarity with modern architecture patterns, including REST APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud-native applications.
