** This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

** What You’ll Deliver
*** Drive the successful delivery of scalable, cloud-native software solutions that support Litera’s product strategy and long-term growth.
* Lead the technical execution of key initiatives, ensuring architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices enable sustainable innovation.
* Elevate team performance through technical leadership, mentorship, and a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
* Improve product quality and reliability by championing automation, testing strategies, observability, and operational excellence.
* Transform complex business challenges into practical technical solutions that accelerate customer value and product adoption.
* Advance Litera’s AI capabilities through the design and optimization of agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and intelligent automation solutions.
* Enhance visibility into system and AI-agent performance through effective monitoring, telemetry, and data-driven decision making.

** What You’ll Bring
** Must-Haves:
* 6+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack engineering background.
* Strong front-end experience building modern web applications using
** Type Script**,
** React**, and
** Next.js**.
* Deep expertise in at least one backend technology stack, such as **.NET
** or
** Laravel**.
* Proven experience leading technical projects/initiatives while remaining an active contributor to software delivery.
* Experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications and distributed systems in
** AWS
* * environments.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  Nice to Haves:
* Experience working in globally distributed teams and leveraging
** AI-assisted development tools**.
* Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
