About the Position:
- Collaborate with a 100% remote North American team
- Develop and maintain Net Suite customizations, integrations, and automation for internal corporate systems
- Design and build enhancements that meet business needs while maintaining system integrity, security, scalability, and performance
- Partner with business stakeholders and fellow engineers to clarify requirements, evaluate options, and deliver practical solutions
- Apply agile development practices to plan, estimate, deliver, and continuously improve team work
- Participate in peer code reviews and support consistent engineering standards and best practices
- Contribute actively in project meetings, raising risks, questions, and improvement opportunities
- Work with team leads and management to improve development processes, tooling, release practices, and support procedures
- Troubleshoot application behavior, integration issues, and performance problems; implement durable fixes
- Consider the full software lifecycle through planning, design, code review, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance
- Maintain clear, current documentation for code, customizations, integrations, processes, and support procedures
- Focus primarily on development, with limited production support and break/fix work for escalated issues
