Kula Sports Performance is Denver’s premier destination for elite athlete training and adult performance. We serve youth, collegiate, pro, and adult clients who want to train like high performers—and we’re growing fast.

We’re hiring a Performance Coach to join our high-impact team.

• Confident communicator with parents, coaches, and adult clients.

Responsibilities:

• Coach small group and private sessions for youth and adult athletes.
• Lead warmups, speed work, strength blocks, and movement prep with intention.
• Contribute to program design and athlete development planning.
• Communicate training progress with parents and clients.
• Collaborate with the KSP team on events, content, and business growth.
• Represent KSP’s high standards on and off the floor.
• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or related field
• 1+ year coaching experience (internship or professional)
• Certified (CSCS, NASM-PES, USAW or similar)
• Ability to coach in-person in Greenwood Village, CO

Preferred:

• Former athlete
• Experience with force plates, laser timing, or sport science tools
• Passion for marketing, content, or business development
