Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site General Manager role located in Denver, CO. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the fitness club. Responsibilities include managing team members, driving membership growth, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving revenue goals, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive environment. The General Manager is also expected to lead staff training, develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming community for all members and guests.
Qualifications- Management skills, including team leadership, operational oversight, and staff training
- Strong communication, decision‑making, and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of fitness programs, health trends, and customer service best practices
- Proficiency in sales strategies and revenue generation
- Familiarity with using technology such as fitness apps and gym management software
- Passion for health and fitness, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Previous experience in a management position within the fitness, hospitality, or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or related field is a plus
