** Role Overview
** We’re seeking a dynamic Transportation Manager to lead our delivery operations, optimize logistics, and drive performance across our transportation network. This role is pivotal in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of our products while fostering a high-performing team culture.
** Key Responsibilities*
* * Operational Leadership:
* Oversee daily transportation activities to enhance efficiency, safety, and profitability in all deliveries. This will include managing driver schedules, route planning and fleet management utilization (maintenance schedules, repair work, etc.).  
* Team Development:
* Recruit, coach, and mentor drivers; promote a culture of accountability and growth.  
* Cross-Functional Communication:
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve operational challenges.  
* Strategic Agility:
* Adapt to evolving business needs, from routine logistics to rapid deployment scenarios.  
* Performance Metrics:
* Monitor KPIs including asset utilization and efficiency, safety compliance adherence, and cost control in relation to customer delivery needs.  
* Technology Integration:
* Leverage telemetry data to forecast demand and optimize delivery schedules.  
* Safety Culture:
* Ensure safety and DOT, OSHA, and other regulatory compliance across all transportation operations.  
* Site Engagement:
* Quarterly travel to Denver or Salt Lake City for training, observation, and team engagement.
** Qualifications
* * 5–10 years of proven experience in transportation, logistics, or operations management.  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
** Salary Range
** Salary range is $90,000 – $110,000.  
* Please note that with more than 2 years industry experience in distribution of bulk gases, the salary range would be $90,000 – $115,000.
