As a Parking and Transportation Specialist, you will provide parking management services, customer transport, parking rule enforcement, field motorist assistance, vehicle traffic control, and other duties supporting the overall mission of Parking and Transportation services.
Essential Job Functions- Customer Transport – follow safety regulations, arrange pick‑ups, assist persons with disabilities, communicate with dispatchers, operate vehicles with wheelchair lifts.
- Parking Enforcement – review vehicles using LPR, obtain registration data, patrol assigned areas, issue warnings, citations, immobilizations, and tows.
- Customer Service – support pay stations, address payment inquiries, provide vehicle assistance (tire change, jump‑start), maintain professionalism, manage high‑stress situations.
- Vehicle and Equipment Serviceability – perform routine vehicle checks, basic maintenance, cleaning, maintain equipment, report issues, keep logs.
- Valid unencumbered Colorado driver’s license.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license. Provide an MVR for background check.
- Work outdoors in varying weather and seasons.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
