Marczyk Fine Foods prides itself on being a world‑class, neighborhood market. The Driver’s primary focus is transporting and delivering goods between our Marczyk Culinary Center and our multiple retail locations, local restaurants, and/or the Airport. This is a dynamic position that also encompasses maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our fleet of vans, helping with chores at our store locations and production facility, as well as performing will‑call runs.

A Marczyk Driver must be able to diligently meet all timelines for delivery demands while maintaining the highest quality standards for professionalism and teamwork. The Driver's day is broken into three parts: morning delivery to stores or Airport, wholesale deliveries to local restaurants, and afternoon store runs/will‑calls. While experience is always appreciated, we hire for attitude and aptitude while training for excellence.

• Timely deliveries between our Culinary Center and our multiple retail locations and/or Airport
• Timely delivery of wholesale products to local accounts with hero-level hospitality and professionalism. You represent Marczyk Fine Foods outside of our four walls.
• Adhere to proper food handling and storage regulations while delivering
• Manage an orderly loading and unloading process while keeping the Van and its contents secure
• Comfortable with driving in all weather conditions and able to manage snow removal when applicable
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with multiple departments to ensure all necessary items are properly loaded, transported, and unloaded
• Managing all appropriate paperwork for transfer of products
• Maintain Vans: gas, washing, cleaning, noting of any incidents, noting of any issues mechanically or otherwise
• Able to think critically on the go to meet delivery deadlines
• Consistently deliver the highest quality product demonstrating integrity in process and technique
• Responsible for department security and safety
• Monitors and maintains a maniacally clean and sanitary work environment
• Works with the culinary director to monitor equipment ensuring good working order and timely maintenance
• Maintains a professional and open line of communication with crew members
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with vendors, staff and crew members to create a fun work environment
• Thoughtfully considers advice and cooperates with recommendations made by managers and fellow crew members on actions designed to improve department operations and financial results
• Follows all Health Department standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Handles inherent work stress professionally and positively

• Must repeatedly lift and/or move 50 pounds or more
• Constant lifting and bending
• Constant repetitive motion of wrists, hands, fingers and joints
• Repeatedly stoops, kneels, bends, balances, reaches, crawls and crouches while performing work duties
• Required to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to display athletic attributes throughout each work day

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record and background check
• Willingness to undergo DEN Airport Badging process required
• Delivery Driver experience preferred
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions: we deliver year‑round without exception
• Able to evaluate vehicle readiness
