• Deliver, assemble, disassemble, and remove merchandise from customer homes.
• Provide a white‑glove service, demonstrating product use and explaining company policies.
• Work closely with a partner to perform deliveries, assemble/disassemble furniture efficiently, and load/unload items safely.
• Operate Dispatch Track and an iPad for order and route management.
• Work 5–6 days a week, often 6 days during busy seasons, starting early.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
• Maintain safety standards and work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment.

• Honest and caring, serving as a brand ambassador.
• Clean motor vehicle record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Obtain and maintain a D.O.T Physical card (company pays).
• Own hand tools (company assists with purchasing).
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 10+ hours per day and lift up to 100 lb. frequently, with occasional lifts up to 250 lb.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

First‑year drivers earn an average of $25.59–$36.65 per hour. Pay is processed every Friday.
