Warehouse Associate

This position will accept applications till 10/8/25 or filled. $23 Hr

The Warehouse Runner (Days) at Ball Arena is responsible for efficiently delivering food, beverage, and other products throughout the venue based on assignments from the Warehouse Leadership team This role involves stocking concessions stands, portables, and commissaries, rotating assignments as needed, and helping maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas. Anticipated work hours of 7AM to 3PM may vary due to operational need.

• Follow assignments from the Warehouse Leadership for delivering food, beverage, and other products.
• Stock concessions stands, portables, and commissaries with inventory.
• Rotate assignments to meet operational needs with flexibility.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and dock area.
• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning around concessions areas.
• Identify and address deficiencies in inventory or supplies.
• Assist with moving equipment as required for events.
• Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies, procedures, and training.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to promote and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and relay written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without accommodation.
• Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• This role requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and navigating stairs and ramps, loading and unloading product up to 50 pounds, pushing heavy carts with or without accommodation.
• The environment may include exposure to loud noise, crowded spaces, and variable temperatures.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
