Warehouse Manager – Aurora, CO (Relocating to Longmont)We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team at VFC Lightning Protection. In addition to general warehouse duties, this position will assist with relocating our warehouse from Aurora to Longmont later this year, so we need someone who can help with the move and commute to the new location once complete.
What You’ll Do- Load, unload, receive, and organize materials and equipment
- Deliver products to local job sites using a company truck
- Accurately process, pack, and ship outgoing orders
- Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
- Inspect products for damage and report issues promptly
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
- Assist with the upcoming warehouse relocation from Aurora to Longmont
- Competitive pay: $23–$25 / hour
- Full-time schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM - Health, dental, and vision insurance

- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs
- Must pass a physical exam
- Previous warehouse experience
- Familiarity with pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Forklift certification or ability to operate a forklift safely
- Basic inventory management and data entry skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail
This position starts at our Aurora, CO warehouse, but we will be relocating operations to Longmont, CO in the coming months. Candidates must be willing and able to assist with the move and commute to the new location once the transition is complete.
