They are responsible for assisting with merchandising stock in an efficient and timely manner to meet the daily inventory replenishment demands.

• Receiving, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Scan items into the warehouse management system.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Picking orders for shipment.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools, such as powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Routine cleaning duties.
• Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
• Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality against department standards.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license. Clean driving record (subject to MVR check).
• Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement).
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach.
• Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/or stairs) or balance.
• May be subject to environmental conditions with weather protection as applicable.
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to focus.
• Attention to detail, great communication, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work well with other staff and supervisors; open availability and flexible to various shifts and overtime.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse; maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Securing and transferring cash or other assets. (If applicable to role.)
