Join Lakeside Project Solutions (LPS) as a Sourcing Specialist to support Project Managers and Project Coordinators in securing subcontractors for facility maintenance projects. In this role, you will assist in obtaining qualified subcontractors, maintain our proprietary software system, and ensure compliance with insurance and procedural requirements.

• Source subcontractors for various scopes of construction trade work using internal and external resources.
• Communicate scheduling needs and confirm site visit time frames meet LPS standards.
• Add new subcontractors to the Blue Horizons system.
• Document all conversations with subcontractors.
• Verify subcontractors meet insurance and procedural requirements.
• Set pricing expectations at the onset of work order acceptance.
• Negotiate rates to align with LPS standards.
• Sell the benefits of company affiliation to subcontractors.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• 1+ year of experience sourcing and coordinating vendors/subcontractors.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of emails, voice messages, and phone calls efficiently.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Associate’s degree or higher (preferred).

• Hourly wage: $19.00–$22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
