Join Charter Schools USA as a Before & After Care Team Member. This role focuses on assisting in maintaining an orderly, safe, and pleasant atmosphere in the cafeteria, on the playground, and in other designated locations while supervising students during authorized before or after school programs in accordance with CSUSA policy and procedures.

• Provide professional, courteous, and friendly support to students, parents, and coworkers.
• Resolve conflicts with children and parents, remaining firm but friendly.
• Follow student sign‑in and dismissal procedures for before and after care.
• Monitor students, ensuring their safety and well‑being.
• Pass out snacks, play on the playground, and tutor students with homework.

• High school diploma or higher education credential.
• Previous experience as a daycare assistant or summer camp counselor preferred.
• Must like children.
• Commitment to company values.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

• Usual school working conditions.
• May be noisy during periods of high student traffic.

• No heavy physical exertion required.
• Work involves moderate stress due to frequent student activity.
• May lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Job is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
