Job Purpose

Join a team dedicated to the mission of "Relentless Commitment to Student Greatness in School and in Life™". As an Elementary/Middle School Math teacher, you will design and deliver flexible, student‑centered instruction that fosters academic success and personal growth.

• Plans and implements a program of instruction aligned with company philosophy, goals and the adopted course of study.
• Creates purposeful lesson plans, maximizes time on task, and presents content using real‑world, application‑based examples.
• Reviews student records to understand individual strengths and needs, maintains accurate records, and develops progress reports.
• Utilizes differentiated instruction, diverse learning modalities, and frequent diagnostic assessment.
• Maintains knowledge of subject matter, current curriculum, and educational theory; shares insights to enhance school curriculum.
• Works with staff on curriculum revision அவர் selects instructional materials and assists with supplemental services.

• Creates a safe, clean, and engaging classroom that reflects student interests.
• Builds positive rapport, demonstrates patience, and enforces fair and consistent behavior policies.

• Prepares for assigned classes, shows evidence of preparation, and participates in curriculum meetings.
• Incorporates diagnostic information from Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Ensures supplies and materials are protected and available for instruction.

• Builds cooperative relationships with parents and guardians, communicating clearly and positively.
• Collaborates with administration and staff, maintains confidentiality, and participates in parent communication activities.
• Participates in extracurricular activities to promote a positive school culture.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and negotiating communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Student Information System (SIS), and email.
• Knowledge of best practices in character education and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience; valid teaching certification (as appropriate).
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of successful teaching experience (may include student‑teaching internship).
• Command of gradeprent‑specific content and learning theory.
• Commitment to company values and successful criminal/background check.
• Adherence to the Code of Ethics for the Education Profession.
