Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Cardinal is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead regional HR operations across multiple offices and project sites near Denver, NC. You will drive the full HR lifecycle, including planning, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for hourly and salaried staff.
You will partner with leadership to recruit, classify, and deploy workforce while ensuring wage‑hour compliance. Occasional field travel and collaboration with safety/ops teams are essential.
