CP&P is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join the team at our Denver, NC precast plant. In this role, you’ll help keep our production equipment, forklifts, and concrete trucks running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and concrete trucks
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Maintain maintenance records and follow safety protocols

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Familiarity with concrete manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Hands-on experience with forklifts or truck maintenance strongly preferred
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

What You Need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Typical Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week, depending on workload
• Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak production periods

Physical Demands:

• Standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, bending/stooping
• Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs.)

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a production environment, with exposure to ambient weather and air conditions, loud noise, dangerous equipment, and variable lighting
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in all production areas
