We’reLooking For
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- 3 Years of RN experience with Urgent Care, ED, ICU (preferred)
- Bachelor’s in nursing (preferred)
- Work three 12‑hour shifts a week with rotating weekend shifts.
- Operate in a fast‑paced environment requiring strong triage and assessment skills.
- Triage and assess acuity, obtain vital signs, administer medications, injections, and vaccinations.
- Perform point‑of‑care testing and laboratory specimen collection.
- Assist with procedures such as splinting, wound care, and blood draws.
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical decision making to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
