Veterinary Technician Supervisor - Swing Shift at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital.

Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Work with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback to leadership and work to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Schedule:

2nd or 3rd shift.

Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour. This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.
