What does a TEAM MEMBER do?
- Serves burgers to customers
- Welcomes customers, takes accurate orders and processes payments at a cash register
- Maintains cleanliness in restrooms, dining area and kitchen; meets safety and health standards
Our stores get busy, and Team Members must work well in a team to keep guests happy. Responsibilities include packaging food and drinks and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.
We aim to keep customers happy, so you may need to answer questions or resolve issues as they arise.

- You must be at least 16 years old
- You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team
Working Hard!
The Team Member position requires several physical demands including
- Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time
- Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
- Manual dexterity for pressing and grabbing
- Ability to communicate and read
- Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and reaching
