Shift Supervisor (Full Time) – Morrison Living

Oversee associate activities during a shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure integrity. Direct the operations of a dining service unit and lead the team to high standards of service, safety, and quality.

• Provide training and create work schedules for shift associates.
• Evaluate associate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints, leave requests, and general concerns.
• Mentor and develop associates, encouraging goal setting and career advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Prior supervisory or similar management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
