As an Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and wiring thru-hole printed circuit boards and related electronic sub-assemblies. You’ll work from blueprints, models, and work instructions to ensure accurate builds within tight tolerances while supporting production goals in an ISO-certified environment.
What You’ll DoAssemble and wire electronic components using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Perform thru-hole PCB soldering with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
Set up and operate basic production equipment such as trim machines, Amp machines, and riveting equipment.
Build harness assemblies and use hand/power tools as needed.
Update job status and record labor using barcode or computer-based reporting systems.
Support multiple assembly tasks across departments and work overtime when required.
Maintain quality standards, follow work cell procedures, and adhere to safety and ISO requirements.
What You Bring1–3 years of electronics assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong thru-hole soldering ability and familiarity with component identification and color coding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
Reliable communication skills and strong attention to detail.
