Restaurant Team Member - NJ

Pay Range

• Base: $16.00/hr – $18.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

We’re hiring energetic, hospitality‑oriented Team Members who love working with a fun team, enjoy interacting with customers, and share a passion for our delicious menu.

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restock frontline with prepared product during peak volumes and in accordance with time & temperature.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude at all times.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA.
• Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain it.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
• Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Enthusiastically greet all guests when they enter the restaurant.
• Serve guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
